Your Life’s Framework
What are you struggling with?
Do you hate your job? Do you leave work feeling exhausted and drained mentally? Do you secretly fantasize about telling your boss you quit? Do you hate your coworkers?
Are you scared you can’t afford your bills next week? Are you tired of staying in on the weekends while your friends go out because you can’t afford it? Are you nervous that you will never be financially secure?
Do you walk by the mirror and look at yourself and wonder how you got so fat? Do you wish working out was easy and eating healthy was something you ACTUALLY liked doing?
We all struggle. We all get in a rut and get down on ourselves. I do it. Successful people do it. Literally, everyone does it.
But why can’t we correct our feelings of depression and self-loathing?
For some it’s fear. For other’s it’s complacency. But for most people, it’s the fact they haven’t trained themselves to understand the situation they are in and they haven’t worked on finding a way out.
I was very much in that situation recently. I wasn’t happy, but I had the toughest time expressing to others exactly WHY I wasn’t happy. As it turns out, it was because I was making decisions and going through life without any real purpose. I wasn’t basing my decisions off of anything other than what was easy at the time.
If I had to guess. I would say you are in a similar situation too. Let me prove it to you.
Think about the most recent big decision you made. I will tell you what it was for me.
